Ao3 Terms — Complete Rules for Using the Platform
Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the ao3 platform. This page clearly explains in Bengali the rules for account creation, payment policies, user responsibilities, and platform management.
Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering on the ao3 platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the ao3 platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and apply to all users in Bangladesh. ao3 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Identity verification may be required to confirm age when creating an account.
Account Creation, Security & Policies
- Each individual may only create one account. Multiple accounts will lead to all being canceled.
- Providing your real name, date of birth, and mobile number during registration is mandatory.
- A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required for account verification.
- Creating accounts under another person’s name or via third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Keeping your password secure is the user’s responsibility. Users are liable for all activity on their account.
- Ao3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account suspected of violating terms, fraud, or suspicious activities.
- Refunds on account closure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Users may also request to close their accounts.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
By using the ao3 platform, you agree to comply with the following:
- Unauthorized access attempts to any platform section or system are prohibited.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or perform any activities is prohibited.
- Collecting or using another user’s account information is strictly prohibited.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
- Copying, distributing, or commercial use of any platform content without permission is prohibited.
- Ao3 reserves the right to take legal action for any violations of these terms.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
- All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are clearly stated on the platform.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Ao3 is not responsible for technical issues during deposit processing but will assist with resolution.
- Account verification is mandatory before withdrawal. Withdrawals from unverified accounts are not permitted.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- For suspicious transactions, ao3 may request additional documents for verification.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
The ao3 platform is provided "as is." ao3 is not responsible for damages caused by technical errors, server downtime, or third-party issues. Betting outcomes and their financial consequences are solely the user’s responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ao3 platform—logos, designs, text, software, and other elements—is the intellectual property of ao3. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is forbidden.
Third-Party Links
The ao3 platform uses third-party payment gateways and services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. ao3 is not directly responsible for any issues arising from third-party actions.
Changes to Terms, Applicable Law & Contact Information

Ao3 reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email or through the platform for major changes. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed and enforced under the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in Bangladeshi courts. ao3 always complies with lawful authorities and cooperates with regulatory bodies.
